I offer consultation-based CIRS coaching and support to help you better understand your health and home environment, make sense of the information in front of you, and feel more confident about what comes next.
Whether you're newly diagnosed, navigating the Shoemaker Protocol, trying to understand environmental testing, facing remediation decisions, or simply feeling overwhelmed by all the moving pieces of CIRS, my role is to help you step back, connect the dots, and find a clearer path forward.
I can help you:
Better understand your CIRS symptoms, biomarkers, labs, and where you may be within the CIRS process
Make sense of environmental testing, including ERMI, HERTSMI-2, actinomycetes, and endotoxin results
Look at your home's history, environmental findings, and potential exposure concerns together
Think through remediation decisions, priorities, and sequencing
Navigate questions around environmental testing, remediation, cleaning, retesting, moving, or evaluating a new home
Identify common pitfalls that can make environmental issues more complicated or expensive
Prioritize what deserves attention now—and what may be able to wait—especially when time, energy, or finances are limited
Organize questions and information to discuss with your CIRS practitioner, inspector, remediator, or other professionals
Navigate the many practical questions and decisions that can arise throughout CIRS recovery
CIRS can come with an enormous amount of information—and often just as many conflicting opinions. Trying to understand your health while simultaneously navigating environmental testing, treatment with your practitioner, remediation, or even a move can quickly become overwhelming.
My role isn't to diagnose or treat you. It's to help you understand the information you have, connect the pieces, identify where you're stuck, and determine what deserves your attention next.
You don't have to figure out every piece at once. Together, we can turn a mountain of information into a clearer, more manageable path forward.

Getting started is simple. Begin by choosing the service that best fits the kind of support you need.
If you have one specific concern or 1–2 focused questions, choose the CIRS Quick Consult. If you'd like me to take a more comprehensive look at your CIRS picture—including symptoms, biomarkers, environmental testing, remediation history, or multiple areas where you're feeling stuck—choose the CIRS Deep Dive.
Once you select your service, you'll be taken to my online scheduling page where you can choose an available appointment time and complete your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need for our session, along with reminders as your appointment gets closer.
Before we meet, you'll complete an intake form so I can learn more about your concerns and what you'd most like help with. Depending on the consultation you've chosen, you'll also have an opportunity to share relevant information such as lab results, ERMI, HERTSMI-2 or other environmental testing, inspection or remediation reports, and other information you'd like me to review.
Don't worry about getting everything perfectly organized first. CIRS comes with a lot of moving pieces, and sometimes part of the problem is not knowing what matters, what comes next, or even what questions you should be asking. That's part of what I'm here to help you sort through.
Choose your service, book a time, and I'll guide you from there.

CIRS is complicated. It can affect your health, your home, your finances, your family, and your ability to make decisions at a time when you may already feel exhausted and overwhelmed.
What makes my approach different is that I understand this process from both sides: I’ve lived it, and I’ve trained to help others navigate it.
Rooted in lived experience:
My journey into CIRS consulting began with my own health and eventually became something my family had to navigate together. I know what it feels like to be the person staring at lab results, environmental testing, remediation estimates, and treatment protocols while wondering, What does all of this mean—and what am I supposed to do next?
That experience shapes the way I support my clients. I understand that the decisions we’re talking about aren't theoretical. They affect real homes, real families, real budgets, and people who may already be functioning with limited capacity.
Specialized CIRS and environmental training:
My lived experience is only one part of what I bring to this work. I have pursued specialized education in CIRS and the indoor environment, including training through the CIRSx Institute and medically important remediation.
My education allows me to help you better understand both sides of the CIRS equation: what may be happening in your body and what may be happening in your environment.
A calm, grounded approach:
CIRS can create a tremendous amount of fear—especially when the conversation turns to your home.
I don't believe every concerning test result means you need to panic, throw away your belongings, or immediately move out of your house. I help you slow the process down, look carefully at the information you actually have, identify what you still need to know, and make thoughtful decisions from there.
A focus on the whole picture:
CIRS rarely comes down to one lab value, one mold species, one symptom, or one environmental test.
I help you connect the dots between your health history, symptoms, CIRS biomarkers, treatment journey, ERMI or HERTSMI-2 results, actinomycetes and endotoxin testing, inspection findings, building history, and other relevant pieces of your story.
The goal isn't simply to collect more data. It's to understand what the data you already have may be telling you.
A translator between information and action:
You may have a practitioner telling you one thing, an inspector telling you another, a remediation company proposing thousands of dollars of work, and an internet search giving you twenty more opinions.
I help you take all of that information and turn it into something usable.
That might mean identifying questions to take back to your practitioner, understanding environmental test results, thinking through remediation priorities, determining the appropriate sequence of next steps, or deciding what additional information you need before making an expensive decision.
Support that meets you where you are:
You don't need to become an expert in CIRS to get better at navigating it.
Whether you've just discovered CIRS or you're already deep into treatment, environmental testing, and remediation, I'll meet you where you are and help you identify the next right step.
My goal is simple: to make CIRS make sense.

Think of me as someone in your corner who understands CIRS, speaks the language, and can help you sort through the overwhelm.
You don't need to come to our session with everything perfectly organized or even know exactly what questions to ask. Bring me the labs, the environmental test results, the inspection report, the remediation quote, the list of symptoms, the notes from your practitioner—and the questions keeping you up at night. We'll sort through it together.
You can expect our work together to feel:
Collaborative, not prescriptive.
I'm not here to take over your care or tell you what you have to do. We'll look at the information together, talk through your options, and identify questions or next steps that make sense for your individual situation.Calm and judgment-free.
There is enough fear surrounding CIRS already. You won't be pressured into believing that every test result is an emergency or that there's only one “right” way forward. We'll focus on what the information actually tells us and what deserves your attention next.Practical and personalized.
Real life matters. Your health, family, home, finances, energy, and capacity all factor into the decisions you make. I'm interested in finding a path forward that works in your actual life, not an imaginary perfect scenario with unlimited time and money.Detailed when you need it, simple when you don't.
CIRS can get technical quickly. I'm happy to dig into biomarkers, ERMI data, actinomycetes, endotoxins, remediation sequencing, or the details of your particular situation, but my job is ultimately to translate that complexity into something you can understand and use.Focused on your next step.
You don't have to solve your entire CIRS journey in one conversation. Sometimes the most valuable thing we can do is determine what matters now, what can wait, and what information we still need before making the next decision.Above all, I want you to leave our conversations feeling more informed, more organized, and less overwhelmed than when you came in.
That's what I mean when I say: Making CIRS Make Sense.
